I’ve pre-ordered it but as more info comes out and it keeps looking shitter and shitter each time, I’m getting close to cancelling it, it’s mostly just something to pass the time at the minute and I’m hoping the new Pokemon will be semi-cool enough to justify it

I probably would have entertained the idea of getting these games eventually since I skipped "Ultra Changes", but the fact that it's just kanto mons only with no ability to transfer from the 6 other gens killed these games for me. Looks like a upres'd 3ds game(ORAS) doesn't help either

Nope, I'm too old to care about the power of friendship retardation of pokémon games. I was only interested in the battle mechanics and competitive aspect of the game, so since it seems that they are making it simpler (looks like they removed abilities and god knows what else is gone) I have no interest in the game.

Not buying, as much as I've been a pokemon fan, I've learned to save my money since i didnt buy USUm and still a fan waiting for 8th gen. Thanks to the gap year I'm enjoyng other rpg from different franchises and discovering while waiting
