The anime is not canon and much less the movies, practically in very few circumstances reflect the true power of the legendary pokémon, and are full of inconsistencies like Arceus being damaged by a meteorite and then when he wakes up hundreds of years later, with his "awakening" he makes shake like all the universes presented in the previous movies and steps on the trio creation, which are capable of vomiting a fucking universe and were declared with infinite power.

Poor argument, in the first place this "events" are not obtainable in normal circumstances in the games and are only a reference, and their way of obtaining reinforces the fact that are not a canon, for example, according to your logic the Metroid saga is a canon to the Monster Hunter saga, and Dante from DMC is also part of SMT.

this is why Game Freak didn't put in the Azure Flute
they wanted to make Arceus go undisturbed and instead we pissed it off by hacking and now we have a new universe with Fairy Types
a new plate is made for Arceus for each universe that it recreates

Anything with Sturdy or a Sash and Foresight in case Arceus goes spookmode.
Sturdy level 1 Aaron with Endeavor and Black Sludge. Aaron tanks a hit, uses Endeavor, takes big dommage from Black Sludge, goes down.
Impostor Ditto comes in on this 1-12 HP Arceus. Bring a second Ditto with a Dread Plate instead of a Scarf in case Arceus attempts anti-Impostor type immunity tactics.
