In normal circumstances, you can't get:
Boss Capture, 10th Capture, 100th Capture, 50+ Loops, +100 Loops, Narrow Capture, Group Capture. Waiting for Friendship Gauge to drop to 0 in order to get bonus for Loops is autistic so I don't count it as an available bonus in most cases. Narrow Capture needs you to be in disadvantage which isn't a normal situation you want to be in.
You are left with Rapid Capture (12), Mach Capture (13), Good Poke Assist (13), Long Line (15), One-Line Capture (25), Charge 1/2 Capture (15/25) and No Damage 1/23 (10/15/20).
IIRC, while exploring new areas, I was only able to reliably get Charge Capture, Good Poke Assist and No Damage. This amounts to 38 bonus experience (48 with Charge 2 Capture). A rank. Sometimes Long Line or No Damage 2/3 helped but not always.
Let me compare it to Guardian Signs even though it's not related to your post that much. Point system goes like this:
5 for Charge Capture.
1 point per 5 consecutive loops (maximum - 10 points for 50 loops).
1 for Rapid Loop (0,14 - 0,2 seconds IIRC).
3 for Mach Loop (below 0,14 seconds IIRC).
1 for good Poke Assist + 1 additional for not losing Pokemon when it uses its Assist.
2 for no Damage.
3 for Boss Capture.
With the same bonuses I mentioned earlier (Charge Capture, Good Poke Assist and No Damage) you get 9 points - 1 point shy from S rank. The thing is though, getting Loop bonuses in GS is much easier. Rapid Loop or 5 consecutive loops are bonuses which are extremely easy to acquire.
