At least, that's what I think on why does Aggron look really good as an muscular humanoid. I believe depending on your drawing's skills, the grasp on the anatomy and some common sense that points immediately small and little changes that can improve the character, any Pokémon can look great when humanized with muscles. In fact, not all, but most of Pokémon are easy to make them look like a muscular buff man.
This "genre" of altered big buff Pokémon needs more exploration and recognition. It's fucking great and hot. More artists need to draw more buff humanoid Pokémon.
