does anyone know the origins of Lavender Town Syndrome/the 731 pasta/the extended (original?) 731 pasta with Buried Alive and White Hand? same with Come Follow Me, the pastebin is named "DannoW" for some reason

checking creepypasta wiki histories, LTS originated as just a paragraph with the addition of the unown thing... someone else wrote the 731 component, but I'd like to know if the version with buried alive/white hand came first or if it was part of the full 731 component (since the shortened version says that it's fake within the context of the pasta and links to it, on a dead link "cornus.lensig.net")
