I'm Italian, and I've always found irritating how they kept the english name in generation 1 (except for the cities) and yet they decided to italianize every single name starting with Gen 2. So you have some shit like Misty and Armonio (harmonium), Blaine and Valerio, Koga and Chiara and so on.
