I'm pretty excited. As a Pokemon Red speedrunner this is obviously my next speed game. Not having to RNG manip Mt Moon because I can just dodge Zubats sounds like a lot of fun. I mean rng manips are cool, but being on good pace only to lose it cus of the in game timer sucks.

With how low level all the trainers seem to be I imagine routing out the game will be pretty easy. Also a "Catch Em All" category is actually practical glitchless with how fast paced it is. Though version exclusive mons make it a bit of a hassle.

I see a lot of fun to be had with this game, it'll easily hold me till Pokemon 2019

We know they've had GO data in Bank for ages now, you'd have to be an absolute brainlet to think they won't be Bank compatible eventually (especially as Bank was the first thing Game Freak confirmed as being worked on for Switch back in 2015.)

Bear in mind that the Zelda game took more than 4 years to develop. This game has about 2 years of development time. Also keep in mind Game Freak works on numerous projects at once so their small staff is splintered even further. The Zelda staff doesn't really do that.
