That statue was meant to look like either Dialga or Palkia due to the perspective illusion it has.

Since there's no way to keep the illusion in any other view, it had to look like >>36046423 in the manga.

If Sinnoh ever gets remade, they'll have to go with the fusion as well.

or...They can have a bit of dialogue that explains whoever made the statue only caught a glimpse of the two legendaries and proceeded to make a statue of parts they could remember to have some what of a full image/complete product. See how easy that is? No need to make a new form and all the BS that comes with it.

That's pretty much the explanation in Spe. Whoever designed the statue saw the two Pokemon with time and space warping all around them, and it gave off the illusion that they were fused together.

Dragon/Psychic is a very common legendary combination if you look at the list of legendary Pokemon, most of them are Dragon, Psychic or both.
So yea, no more dragons or psychics

Excluding the megas and 1 battle forme, then there are only 2 mons with the Dragon/Psychic type combo by default, which isn't that common desu

You realize that its common amongst Legendary Pokemon right?
Dragon/Psychic is the MOST common legendary Pokemon type if you want to count it as 5, trying with what type? Psychic (unless you count Mythicals).
Dragon Psychic or both make up for more legendaries than any other type.
