Then give it Power Gem so it has a good special rock STAB.
Then do something with its stats, but I don't know what exactly. Increasing the special attack stat wouldn't hurt, but I don't know what other stat changes would be best. It doesn't look speedy, so increasing its speed wouldn't make much sense, though it would be nice if it were faster. And increasing its defensive stats would be good too, but its typing gives it a lot of weaknesses, so I don't know if having more bulk would actually help it survive much better.
