Clearly, either she had lived her entire life at Aether Paradise or she's not from Alola at all. With nothing suggesting the latter is the case and Game Freak being Game Freak, the implications of those entries meaning the former are pretty clear.
Also, the music in S/M/US/UM takes from all over the series. There are songs that sound like music present even in the side games. Gladion's theme being the most obvious example as it's clearly a remix of the appropriately titled "Run Away, Fugitives' (

If anything were to hint at them possibly being Kalosian it would be Lusamine. Whose father they suspiciously never mentioned the name of but made a point to mention.
Again, this is Game Freak, so it means something. When you look at Lusamine, she talks about fashion and is rather obsessed with beauty in S/M wouldn't you say? To the point that they even made a point of her finally calling Lillie beautiful in the end?
Not unlike a certain red haired Kalosian, maybe?
Lysandre being her father and him having dealings with infinity energy could also explain why she looks so young despite being in her 40's.
Now, while I do suspect a Kalos link I personally don't believe that is her father but it;s far more reasonable than thinking they're Kalosian because "french music'.
