What ruined Pokemon for you?
For me, it was the introduction of Mega evolutions. It was so lazy and unnecessary. Instead of using their creative resources on making new interesting Pokemons they decided to make these obnoxious super duper evolutions that are not even real evolutions. Don't even get me started on Z moves and, probably the worst offender, ultra beasts. After all that I can never take Pokemon seriously again and it hurts because I grew up with it.
