He's based off wrestling itself, there's something specific, but I can't remember.

He's a wrestler playing the "villain" role in the ring, he's an actor, it's fake, so he's weak to actual skilled fighters.

He's a "heel" ie a villain character, who's always beaten by a "face" and everyone cheers. As another poster said, fighting is a good JUSTICE type. John Cena is a face and I don't know enough currnet wrestling to point out a current heel. But the Rock was a heel.
