Shinies are only worth something if they're actually rare. SOS makes it super easy to find Shinies since it's so easy. About as easy as injecting. This isn't really rocket science, anon-kun.

No it wouldn't, the shiny status of the parents doesn't affect the offspring at all. And Masuda Method breeding would still take longer than SOS because SOS chaining has better odds for both shiny rate and gender ratios.

Synchronize still works as long as the Synchronizer is in battle, only it'll take the nature of the Pokemon in the first slot of your party instead. It should be the same with Cute Charm but there isn't any datamined proof that it actually is.

No, not a myth. In Gen 2 the odds are 1 in 64 for a Shiny parent to pop out a Shiny child because of some IVs passing.

That's why the Mimic glitch is so useful. If you can get a Ditto to use Transform while already transformed, it will permanently copy the DVs and become Shiny even if it wasn't.

And since the game gives you a Shiny and everything that can learn TM moves can learn Mimic in Gen 1, it's incredibly easy to obtain a Shiny Ditto to use for breeding everything that can breed.

Well the increased shiny rate resets every 255 encounters in SM so there really isn't any point in staying in for that long.
Better to hunt it in USUM if you got it, not just because it doesn't have that bug, but also because you have a small chance of finding Salazzle, which calls for help nearly every turn.

Don't know about the rest of the anons here, but I just like the color palette, the pink/purple+white combo is a fantastic compliment to its sleek design.
Shame Salandit didn't get the same treatment, I only wish for GF to create an evo for it in the next gen.

In Holland it's translated to "sugar spider."
Australians call it "Fairy floss," I think.
And Romanians call it "Cotton on a stick."
There's a lot of variations of it, but I chose the French name because it's also a reference to the pink cartoon character, which was fitting for a Sylveon.
