Recently got back into pokemon and I'm wondering what are the restrictions to fake/hacked pokemon and how you can prove if yours is or isn't?

Pic related: back in 2010 I was resetting on failed attempts trying to catch this guy then when he spawned shiny it was an obvious master ball

The only way to tell that a pokemon is hacked is if it has something that it can't get in-game, so you'd need to prove that:
>It's possible for its stats to be at the exact numbers they're at
>It can learn all of its moves
>It can have its ability
>It's possible to have it at its level
>It's possible to have it in its pokeball
>If it has something that's only obtainable through an event (a certain move, it's shiny when it's normally shiny-locked, the mon itself is exclusive to events, etc.), everything else should be possible with said event
And I might be forgetting some stuff. Obviously if it's legit it should naturally meet all of these requirements.

I don't create pokemon from scratch. I modify existing ones. That might help.
