Really guys ? It's probably the old mew design with markings. Why would they promote a new Pokemon in a set that is specificaly made to represent the old art style of the first gen ? How would that work

All the pokemon on there are shown in pokedex order, and the pokemon before it is Mewtwo. It's either Mew, or they threw a gen 2 curveball in there. Togepi or Marill, maybe?

Also, if the series is a throwback to gen 1, it'd make thematic sense to hide Mew, since it was a 'hidden' pokemon back then.

We know for a fact that a brand new never before seen Pokemon will show up for Let's Go as a gift. I am fairly certain it is some sort of gen 8 Pokemon.

At the very least, we can expect to see it when the game gets datamined.
