does the hack also make stat changes?

if so try Chimecho - as it actually is somewhat decent if it wasn't for its poor stats. Otherwise, you could go for either A-Raichu or Malamar - as both are pretty fun to use.

That's why most people like Gardevoir tho. Solid stats and coverage with good typing and on top of that, mega evolution.

in gen6 and 7 you can ask this board or use the ingame trade and get yourself a Staryu, Abra or whatever.

But for gen3 you are kinda locked into Gard because of how early they appear, high sp atk and how big they make your dick.
