Make a smash bros moveset for your favorite pokemon

>Starmie

>Jab: a punch
>ftilt: a spinning tackle
>Dtilt: a short range laser
>Utilt: water gun upwards
>Dash Attack: Rapid spin

>Fsmash: Dazzling Gleam - gem releases a dazzling burst of magical light
>Dsmash: Blizzard - conjures an ice storm around itself
>Usmash: Thunder - releases a powerful blast of electricity upwards

>Special: Swift (just like staryu's. rapid tap b for more stars)
>Sspecial: Hydro pump
>Uspecial: Psychic.- hovers while unleashing powerful psychokinetic waves around it
>Dspecial: Reflect Type- it shimmers and ignores one attack
>Final smash: Star Shower- it's core flashes and starmie disappears in the sky a dozen of staryus and starmies appear and shower the battlefield with power gems and hyper beams

They then they close in, and the screen Fades to black and launches those caught (basically Captain Falcon, Duck hunt, and Megaman's final smash)

Been having this idea for a good long while. Not that Owl is by any means my favourite ’mon, but I think it’d be neat as foxtrot uniform Charlie kilo if we had Decidueye with a Spirit Shackle like this:

So basically, it can let Owl combo like Melee Falco on crack for a few seconds. Would also be funny to watch it be used on a Greninja in the middle of Shadow Sneak.
