Why does Hitmontop learn three 60 Power Fighting type moves?

Why should I pick any other than Revenge? What's the point of Rolling Kick and Triple Kick?

Even after a Technician boost, they do less damage than Close Combat.

Go with Close Combat.

Yeah, I can understand the appeal of Triple Kick if you're going with a King's Rock or trying to break subs or something, but Rolling Kick seems like a very useless addition to his movepool, especially with 85 accuracy.
