That should be something to get excited for since Mewtwo is Pokemon people actually like rather than a Pokemon Gamefreak wants to shill to us. We know it will all be vapid nostalgia pandering that misses the point of whatever people liked to begin with and we'll get a shillmon in there anyway, but the thought of them doing something we like is nice.

That makes no sense. That just means the concepts and plots they were using for the XY movies weren't good. They could have tried something different like every other series for the SM movies, but nope, they went AU and it was the best decision because going off of Jap twitter, they loved the latest movie
