Is there even a reason to have new generations anymore? All Pokemon seems to care about is actively forcing everyone to remember the 90s whether they want to or not. The bulk of Pokemon's fanbase started with a gen that wasn't Gen 1, yet they're continuously denied in favor of normalfags who don't care about the series anymore. This is fucking ridiculous.
