They have no reason to change Blaine or Erika because they're tame and kid-friendly (not an insult, most champions are like this)

Lt.Surge and Sabrina are however rough and initimidating, I can see GF changing them to not hurt anyone. They don't care about consistency because Jessie and James are here while Blue is absent.
