>>36106946It's not a male Eevee. That was made before the gender difference existed. And so were all pieces of fanart made earlier than a day or two. Adding a gender difference now doesn't retroactively make every female Eevee become male.
Besides, the change might only apply to the partner Eevee, not every Eevee. The only female Eevee we've seen in LGPE so far is the partner one, so the different tail might be unique to her. But I don't know if we've had confirmation on that yet.
