it's not good because in singles everything kills it
in vgc you are limited to 4 pokemon so you can do a lot more, incineroar in general is bad, it's just a bulky supporter with ocasional atk

I actually played through pokemon XY with one in my team because I really like its design. Its one saving grace is that baton pass is really easy to pull off in singleplayer so it can sorta pull its own weight that way.
