It's not the models that's the issue. Its their texture that's the problem. GF didn't make the pokemon models' I believe it was Creatures Inc.

Everyone who gets the Pokemon models use different textures which is why they vary from each game (Pokken, Smash, Ga-Ole, Gen 7) GF needs to get an outside company who's great texture modeling to just create them 2K quality texture maps. That would solve all their issues.

Get rid of the warts in exchange for the dark patches that both Ivysaur and Bulbasaur have.
Change its eyes to have the same shape as the other two.
Maybe make its head shape a bit more similar to the other two.
As for why, it's simply because I think Venusaur is ugly compared to Ivysaur and Bulbasaur.
