How did Mewtwonium X and Y come to exist for an artificially made Pokemon? It would've made more sense to have Mewnium X and Y and then have it so that Mewtwo has its own reactions to those stones as well.

Current headcannon:
Mewtwo mega stones were made by Fuji as he created mewtwo. Some evidence: in the origins anime Fuji gives red the charizard x mega stone. Mewtwo and charizard are the only known mons to have more than one mega evo. It would make sense then that this is something artificial, hence the idea that Fuji created the mewtwo stones AND the Charizard X stone which is why mega zard x looks so different or "unnatural" compared to its Y counterpart and the rest of the charmander line.

It actually could happen, though. #808 is supposed to come from a genwunner pandering game where only the first 151 are available, and it's going to appear in next year's movie alongside Mewtwo. It would make more sense for it to be related to Mewtwo and Mew in some way than to be some completely unrelated mythical like Marshadow and Zeraora.
