Get Ultra Sun for different exclusives if you already played Moon.

USUM are definitely better than SM but most of the early and mid game is identical to the first two aside from changes to the totem battles (for the better).

Rainbow Rocket is good but it's over too soon, the legendary hunt is totally uninspired but if you like legends then it's fine and the Battle Agency sucks ass.

Also Mantine Surfing is okay.

USUM are remakes in the vein of crystal/emerald/platinum before, ie it's the same game as SM with some minor additions. that said if you liked SM and have disposable income there's no reason not to buy it.
