At least, that's how the demo 1.0 patches and prior 2.0 patches worked

There are RPG maker XP emulators on android but last time we checked when I was still in the project none worked for sage. If you can find one that works though, some of the programmers said tthey'd look into maybe optimizing it for it, but I don't know if that offer is still on the table as that was like 2+ years ago now
