No, there are better Z moves for your team slots. Take Celebrate Shaymin for example. It gets +1 to all stats and Sky Form has access to Serene Grace Air Slash and Seed Flare dropping Sp.Def 80% of the time.

I dont play ubers, Im giving you an example of Celebrate being properly used. Meloetta has nothing for it.

Being able to change type outside battle should be a given at this point, they screwed poor Meloetta over so hard.

The Aria form being slower isn't necessarily bad since it also has more Sp.Def. You can take a hit in Aria form then outspeed next turn.
