>>36124990>>36125019I've just recently played Ultra Sun too (haven't finished or played much Pokemon since Gen 2's original gold), and it was pretty fun. Wish some parts were more expanded, like Lilith's transformation as she disappeared alot during 2nd and 3rd Island for no particular reason, but after changing in 4th Island she barely does anything before the story ends, so I didn't feel much impact from her journey (Gladion was only brief companion who felt like he naturally progressed). Same with Hau, he fucks around until you reach the last challenge at which point he "becomes serious", but even then he's too easy going and you barely have a chance to see any change until it's all over. Still, it was neat to have trainers who actually made me care about building a team and not just beat everything with a starter using scratch without even trying or checking enemy types.
Now that I've beaten the story, I started to build an online battle team. Bought Crystal for it (to catch what I need for breeding) and man... I am really enjoying playing through crystal, both US and Crystal are just so enjoyable. I own AS but dropped it (like I dropped all the Gen 3-5 games) and don't really like it, but gonna try and finish now in order to get certain mons for my teams (like Hitmonchan and Maractus). How's X+Y and B2+W2, really curious to try them out now.
