That is disgusting. All the bullshit they've been pulling since the 7th gen started, I've had enough of it. But I've been into Pokemon since Blue came out and enjoyed it through the first 6 gens, so it's really hard to let go and accept that it's like this now.

You don't know what problems other people are going through. I'm going to therapy every other week for PTSD and lately a pet I'm close to is dying slowly from a brain tumor and there's nothing I can do but make her last days comfortable. I'm a lot more upset about that then Pokemon becoming a mobile game, but if I want to bitch about that a little too, then I will.

I'm more concerned about transferring from Gen 7 onto the 2019 game. Are the 3DS and Switch compatible? Can they just make a Bank app on Switch and have us log in to it? Will I have to pay for that on top of Switch online?

As far as I know 3DS and Switch aren't compatible.
Yes, they even talked about this in 2015 when rumours of the NX were picking up pace. There's no real need for it just yet, so I can see them waiting until maybe even 2019 before starting to talk about it more.
