Incineroar has decent chances behind it seeing as it has not only GF/TPC's backing but also offers Sakurai a fighting style that hasn't been capitalized on by Smash yet. Similarly, Lycanroc, either Dusk or Midnight, have also gotten some decent push from the devs and could offer up either a unique quadrupedal character or more of an all out infighter type that also comes with geokinetics.
