Every mon that learns amnesia in general, mewtwo, slowbro and swoobat in particular.

Gen I amnesia could only work in today's meta if it had the hindering effect of causing one of the user's moves at random to be forgotten until the user switches out and then back in. Otherwise the things that learn it and have recovery never have to leave the battlefield upon setting up once.

hmm, I truly fucking ponder considering the fact that Pokemon like Mewtwo and Slowbro benefit greatly from a +2 SpA and SpD boost

Swoobat does indeed learn stored power, which is why the simple set would become so fucking boosted with gen I amnesia. It would never run psychium-z tho, because z-stored power (160 bp) is weaker than regular stored power after a single simple-boosted amnesia (180 bp).

I'm almost certain at +4 it kills every dark type other than umbreon and bisharp with air slash, and it has a pretty nasty speed tier, too.
