I liked it before I knew how broken its stats and ability is and I used it in-game. It's my favorite Gen VII and Water-type Pokemon now.

In Mareanie's case, it's actually really good in LC. Problem is, it basically does the same thing as Toxapex, so if you don't like Toxapex's playstyle, you won't like this, either.

I used it in my playthrough for Moon even before people know how good it was. And it was far from the best mon on my team. But I made it work and it was fun

i hated the gen 5 meta because this fucker was unavoidable. Grass types are my favorite but this thing is easily my least favorite grass type and bottom ten material for worst pokemon.
