There would 18 Gym Leaders, one for each type.
The Gym Leaders can be beaten in any order.
Enemy levels are replaced with level values related to your highest. For example, a Gym Leader's Pokémon could have a level value of 5 above your highest.
The dungeons would be much larger and contain more puzzles. The kind of puzzles that make you feel like "I'm an idiot, how did I not get that earlier".
Gen V-style dialogue (I mean, you can mash B through it quickly without being interrupted by stupid poses and close-ups).
A physics engine on the overworld (allowing for puzzles involving it).
All Pokémon would actually be obtainable in the game.
As many new Pokémon as Gen I or V.
This would include evolutions of old Pokémon, like Gen II or IV.
A fuckload more Mega Evolutions would be introduced, to buff shit.
