I'm thinking of SOS'ing for Timid female salandit. I heard sync still works even when skill swapped so I devised a plan.
1.false swipe salandit using timid pokemon
2. skill swap harvest and bestow leppa berry to 1st salandit using exeggcute
3. wait for 2nd salandit to be called
4. skill swap cute charm onto called salandit
5. send out sync alakazam and skill swap cute charm onto alakazam(knows recover, skill swap, psychic, and recycle, equipped with leppa berry)
6. kill the called salandits until shiny appears.
with this method there's at least 50% chance of getting female salanditbut trades off the 100% probability of Timid nature with breeding. I hope I get it.
