>>36152882Imagine being this much of an empty-headed mongoloid that you not only mistake your own brain damage for a solid opinion, but you think generation 5 'sold like shit.'
The reality is, sparky, every game in the series has sold nearly identically for the better part of nearly 20 years. Every primary pair, upper pair and remake pair sell so consistently that every generation is nearly indistinguishable from the next. Generation 5 isn't an outlier, each pair in the generation sold consistently with past and current examples of the sales average, unlike previous generations however generation 5 is without a remake to push it past 30m units.
Of course, if you want to play the sales game, generation 6 only sold 30m units because the generation 3 remakes were in 6. Otherwise, it was a 16.29m unit sales generation.
And to add insult to injury, generation 7 is not only not doing better, it's actually doing worse than generation 5 on your terms, with 23.61m units since 2017. Not only is generation 7 the weakest generation by far, using your logic, it has been utterly demonstrable that the dumb generations have been a waste.
By your logic, Pokemon was never for you in general and never will be, given the failure of two whole generations meant to cater to you. Your done, sunshine. If you really want to get into it, this franchise is for people that still like generations 3 and 4 above anything else.
Deal with it.
