If you could add a single pokemon to the games, what would it be? I asked some friends on a roadtrip last year, and I was thinking about it again recently.

I would add a dragon. A medieval european style green dragon, with a tan underbelly and dull purple wing leather. Forked tongue, arrow tail like aerodactyl. Dragon/Flying, with the moveset you'd expect of a dragon (slash, wing attack, dragon breath, bite, etc). Charizard is a "dragon", but as a starter and a fire type, he can't be an actual dragon type. Dragonite has the power and the type, but looks like a soft fat salamander. Mix both, with a bit of aerodactyl and you get what I want. Stats wouldn't need to be that high.

One friend wanted a scorpion. Bug/poison, good attack/defense, just a big scary motherfucker. I suggested that it could be a fossil pokemon, like a sea scorpion, but I don't think the types would fit.

Third friend wanted a terror bird, like a real-life carnivorous chocobo. But they wanted it to be grass/fire, where it's feathers are leaves, and it's plume and tail feathers are fire/on fire.

What would you add?
