But I might as well set the record straight:
The Rocket Gang is by far the best thing about the Pokemon anime, and is probably the biggest reason to actually even watch the dang show. They are the most deep, charismatic, personality-filled, powerfully-willed, entertaining, and human characters in the entire franchise, and no other characters in Pokemon will EVER even COME CLOSE to the amount of power they possess and deserve.
They might not be as significant or as funny ALL the time, but there is no denying that the Pokemon anime would be a sad, sad show without them.
