It's at maybe 35%, not even astoundingly high among 4chan boards.
That said we do seem to accrue percentage fast in absence of regular content. We're swingy. When we have content we flood but when we don't numbers drop off quick and the freaks begin to play. So again, something like GIGAPAUSE, just total silence from Gamefreak and TPCi for two years, would absolutely kill the board. It likely wouldn't even take that long, probably closer to 16 months.
