>>36158136>These aren't for you, there for kids you selfish adultAside the fact that this is a terrible argument, it doesn't even hold up. Do you think Go was for children? It's primary audience was literally 20 and 30-something lapsed fans, casuals, and a contingent of popularity chasing mobile users. And while the franchise itself is technically an all ages franchise aimed at children, the only ones that actually play the games are pre-existing fans that entered in the first generation and after, not children who are off playing Minecraft, Call of Duty, Battlefield, Fortnite, etc. And LGPE isn't aimed at children either, it's very explicitly being aimed at the same audience Go was being aimed at, so stop being obtuse you stupid motherfucker.
Also, Pokemon has always been uncool to kids. Even when I was a kid the games, card game, and anime all had flash in the pan popularity lasting six months to a year at best and after that it was uncool to even admit you ever liked it and if someone called you out, pretend you only liked it ironically. And it was briefly acceptable to admit you liked it during Generation 4, mainly for lapsed fans that bailed out after generation 1, but as with Pokemon Go they were turned off by the new Pokemon then too and complained about them not being nostalgic. The reality is, while there are certainly children playing Pokemon, that usually lasts until they and their peers discover FPS' and move on. They aren't the ones who stick around 10-20 years actively following the series, they're the ones coming back now with Go and LGPE and talking about how theyre the true fans and then bitching about how they wish they block Pokemon from newer generations they don't have nostalgia for.
Please just kill yourself, you empty-headed lump of shit.
