Looking into this specifically, there was some incident a few weeks ago where people thought he committed suicide, which was actually not true, so he came back to twitter. Apparently he tried to protect somebody from committing sudoku and got shot instead.
These "pokecops" think he did all of that to get attention or something, I don't know all of the details, neither do I care.
