I like it but it's not as good as normal Raichu. Raichu's got this little bit of edge to it on top of being a cute little fucker. Alolan Raichu is just cute.

Its a love/hate relationship for me

I remember having trouble facing it when I fought Hau's in Sun, but when I got Ultra Sun and put one on my team, it was pretty much trash and almost useless in a majority of situations....Kind of a glass cannon, but not really strong enough to call itself a "cannon" Everything I pit it against would survive with a sliver of life and then i'd get OHKO'ed with their counter attack.

Likeable cute design and nice way to make Raichu somewhat relevant again. One of my favorites, but they should have changed the stats to favor the offensive stats instead of the defensive since it’s frail regardless. Hopefully they were holding out on Levitate and will add it as a hidden ability next gen to amend it’s fragility and make it relevant again if the terrains don’t survive
