Hmm, that would do alright. However, the OP creted an anti-lead EEL to fuck with people so go with an offensive version. Remember, you want to OHKO Landorus-T or get it close to Stealth Rock range to have your opponent rage quit:

Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
IVs: 1 Atk
- Hidden Power [Ice] (Press to BTFO Landorus-T/Garchomp)
- Thunderbolt / Volt Switch (bye bye Toxapex)
- Flamethrower (Nice steel type you got there)
- Giga Drain (Fuck Quagsire and every other water type used on stall)
