Golurk is one of my favorites, but I'm pretty sure that was Gen 7.

Gen 5 was probably the worst gen overall. Appreciation though... quality of life improvements, Dream World and HA for classic 'mons, they did at least try a bunch of new stuff regardless of whether it sucked or not... Definitely had to put some work in to love that game though

Honestly I enjoyed playing through Pokémon Black. I haven’t played Black 2 just yet. That being said out of any generation/game in my opinion it’s on par with gen 4. My two least favorite games. The pokes were good, well designed and for the most part fresh.

However the story was a bit lackluster for all hype that this board gives it. All Pokémon games have w/e stories, this one was no different. The rivals were boring and forgettable also. Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed my experience, had fun. It’s just not the best game to date, nor the best Pokémon game. Just my opinion though.
