I also know that you're describing Kaiser Ghidorah to some extent, but that's an entirely different entity. Also, the origin wildly varied from every movie that was centered around it. Space lizard, mutation, ancient guardian, etc. King Ghidorah was all of that, but not at the same time.
It would have been a lot safer lore-wise as an Electric/Flying type.
