They have already told you that you are getting the game you want and that this one is meant for the younger fans, one their parents who grew up playing pokemon can join in on.
Not every game is made just for you OP, sometimes a company tries out a new IP sometimes they rehash an old one with new ideas.
You may not like it, you dont have to buy it, but you dont have to shit all over something just because you dont like it. Theyre trying something new. They have openly admitted to fans that theyre listening and are responding to feedback. Lets Go is a kids game but also a testing ground for ideas. GameFreak are listening.
People have said for years that they wanted overworld pokemon, that they wanted following pokemon, that they wanted riding pokemon and now that theyre attempting these ideas you are preemptively shitting on them why? Because Kanto for the 50th time? Because its got the pokemon go association? Because of a misinterpreted line making half the internet think gym battles were forced easymode?
