Why the fuck is this little Skunk one of the most difficult Pokemon to obtain? There are legendaries are obtainable in more games than it is.

That boggles my mind. I really wanna use Skuntank in my playthrough of Platinum but the fucker is unobtainable. Why would they decide to exclude Pokemon from the complete version of D/P?
