>Flash, Dazzling Gleam, Aurora Beam, Signal Beam, Morning Sun, Moonlight, Tail Glow, Light of Ruin, Sunsteel Strike, Prismatic Laser, etc. etc. or any Fire-type or Electric-type move except Hidden Power, Charge, and Heat Wave to light up caves
>Strength, Take Down, etc. etc. to push boulders
>Fly, Bounce, Teleport, Phantom Force, Shadow Force, and Dragon Ascent to get to previously-visited locations
>Surf, Muddy Water, and Sludge Wave to travel over water
>Waterfall, Whirlpool, or Rapid Spin to go up waterfalls or through whirlpools
>Dive to go underwater or escape to the beginning of where Surf was used
>Defog, Gust, Air Cutter, Air Slash, Heat Wave, Silver Wind, Ominous Wind, Hurricane, Whirlwind, Tailwind, or Aeroblast to remove fog
>Rock Climb or the Acro Bike to scale cliffs
>Heabutt, Zen Headbutt, Iron Head, Head Charge, Double-Edge, Flare Blitz, Wood Hammer, Brave Bird, and Head Smash to Headbutt trees
>Dig, Drill Peck, Horn Drill, Drill Run, U-Turn, and Volt Switch to escape from caves
>Milk Drink, Soft-Boiled, Spit Up, or Pain Split to share HP with teammates
>Any immediate self-healing and/or status-curing move or Wish may be used outside of battle at the cost of PP for its same in-battle effect; Wish acts immediately; Healing Wish and Lunar Dance are also included; Milk Drink and Soft-Boiled have this effect if the selected target is the user
