From these conclusions we can assume that when two Pokemon of different species breed the father is only responsible for filling in "gap areas" of Pokemon's DNA and the resulting offspring will always take more after the mother with no hybrid Pokemon existing; however when two Pokemon of the same species breed we can see influence from both parents as evident with the selective breeding that resulted in Alolan Meowth and Persian.
In terms of humans breeding with Pokemon male humans may be able to successfully breed with female Pokemon filling in these "gap areas" of DNA resulting in fully Pokemon offspring but female humans might be able breed with Pokemon producing Pokemon-Human hybrids. Human hybrids seem unlikely though as even among Pokemon themselves no hybrids exist, humans give live birth, and hybridisation relies on the two parents being nearly genetically identical (hybridisation can only occur among beings of the same species but different genera).
Finally this brings us to Ditto which can breed with any breed-able Pokemon but seems to act differently than the previous roles of a breeding parent. Ditto copies the DNA of its partner to produce offspring which means that every Pokemon produced with Ditto as a parent is functionally a clone of its other parent with Ditto only having an influence on IVs and nature providing no actual DNA of its offspring. Following that logic since Ditto copies the DNA of its partner to transform and breed it is capable of copying a human's DNA and breeding with it to produce offspring cloness of said human.
