>>36205912>1. Seeing pokemon in the overworld and interact with their environment only enrichens the region.>3. Stops wasting time trying to find a particular pokemon in a specific location. So much time is wasted running away from Pokemon you don’t want.Except then it takes away the only thing making legends and other events special beyond their stats.
Not to mention it's still fucking random, you retard. Actually taking part in playing the game and having to run away from an enocunter or running into and out of a location over and over and over and over until the one you want spawns? I wonder which one sounds more fun. Hint: It's not the latter.
They can have Pokémon visible in the overworld for flavor and still have random encounters, by the way. And this is how it should be done, like the cries etc. Hell, this was the main thing I actually liked the Dexnav shit for in OR/AS. Being able to run by and see one affecting the world was cool (as well as having a specific list of what was in the area so you knew you hadn't missed anything or what you had if you had), but I had no desire to encounter them that way.
>2. Tired of spamming max repels to avoid Zubat or Tentacool.Being tired of playing the game means you should stop playing it. Also, there's no reason to assume this also wouldn't be a thing. Haven't they mentioned some still randomly chasing you mean you can't 100% avoid them and will probably still need repels to make that happen?
If so, just like the fact that the basis of overworld encounters is still random, it's not an argument unless, again, you don't want to play a game and should obviously stop playing it.
